This was my second purchase at your shop, however unlike the first time the communication and shipping was very slow this time. I had hard time to get responses from you. Also I was unhappy with additional shipping costs that you charged after I had already paid my order. I already bought from you before but I was not charged extra for shipping, this time you asked for additional shipping fee. Apologies but this time my experience was not so pleasant.
