Purchased a Shimano Revolution Trolling rod from Ottos's TW. On arrival, relised I needed the lighter version. No problem for Ottos' TW who dispatched the lighter rod with the purchase price of the first rod credited to my account. Be dealing with Otto's TW for a while and never a drama!
