Shopping at Otto's is arguably better than actually going fishing, because you'll always get something worth keeping, but the thing that really separates these guys from the rest of the big retailers is the way they look after you if you ever need a repair or any kind of after sale service - they actually genuinely care. Oh, and Ernie ties the best FG knots in the business!
