Very slow. I placed an order online Friday 12th August and did not receive notification that my order had been shipped until Friday 19th August. It is now the 29th August and I still have not received my order.
For comparison, I placed a bigger order with a rival online store, being Anglers warehouse on the same day (half an hour later than Otto's tackle world). I received that order On Tuesday 16th August.
