Otto's is great. Australia Post is totally mismanaged however. A week to deliver my stuff 100km is hopeless. The public's reviews give them 1.5 stars out of 5 or something ridiculous, their subsidiary Startrack is similarly rated. Some people wait on medical supplies forever. Forget tracking and diverse morning tea and just deliver quickly.
