The online purchase I made for click and collect was straightforward and user friendly. I also needed to call the staff and ask for the item to be held an extra week and then be picked up by someone else on my behalf. Both times that I spoke with staff, they were super friendly and helpful. It was overall an easy and pleasant experience.
