Like everything about Otto's, their quick free deliveries most of the time but this is just a suggestion but I think Otto's can afford to show some good gestures especially to their returning customers and do what some do and give something for free..! One shop gives you something for free everytime I bought something, either free lures sometimes few and free hats (Daiwa) etc. It's not much but it shows they appreciate your business!
