Purchased a reel and rod from these guys. Only received the reel (no rod). I was initially impressed with the online chat facility on their site BUT soon found out it's just an automated response system. Tried to contact them - no luck.
I've requested to return the reel - not much I can do with it without the rod. Wouldn't buy from them again. Order #N175202
