Otto's Tackle World - poor rate. 1. When I made an order , I didn't receive a confirmation email for it. I can print it only at the moment of purchase. 2. I understand that my order has been splited in two diffrent boxes, becouse of Otto's Tackle World internal roles. That cost me double fees for DHL as a custom representative company. 3. I bought my items with a deiscount because of Black Friday, but Otto's Tackle World declare a full value when shipped, again without an invoice. I paid higher Custom taxes and VAT based on that . 4. I am still waiting to receive an invoice for my order - 8 days after purchase! In general, do not reccomend this shop for online orders.
