Great range of quality products, but I was continually told different stories by a number of different staff members regarding the arrival of my order. I understand there was per order products on my order but I was continually told different stories on why after products had arrived in store my order had not been filled. Has made me think twice about ordering through ottos again which is a shame because products and pricing are normally very good.
