The products and prices are great. I called up for advice and was treated very well by a knowledgeable person. But what was disappointing was that after I placed my order I called the same day and asked that both my reels to be spooled up with the suggested lines. I was told that I'd be sent a separate invoice for the loading. I called a couple of days later and was told that the reels were already spooled and in the box. Shipping was slow because of the virus and when the shipment finally came the reel were not loaded. I never received a invoice so no loss but I was sad that there was no follow through
