First, 24/7 Customer service is really bad, second - I choose the installment option but I got a deduction of the full amount to my account even I choose the installment option. So I tried to contact them to help me with the issue but they just ignore my message on WhatsApp, a phone call is unreachable. When I'm asking them to cancel the order since they can't help me with the installment option they will deduct 5% for the refund plus I paid 20 for processing and shipping fees. What a very bad service!
