Where do I begin. I purchased 3 items on the 16th of April for the total of just over $550. Not only did I have to send 3 emails asking for my receipt and tricking number, they sent the wrong tracking number 4days later. After many phone calls with very unprofessional staff addressing me as "mate" as a form of communication, I was the one who had to suggest solutions moving forward. Out of the 3 staff, only one was helpful in sending me the right information and it is now the 9th of May and I still haven't received my items over in WA.
I would rather deal with Centrelink than outback equipment and have told everyone of my fellow 4wd friends about the shocking organisation and customer service this experience has had to offer. This will be the first and last time I invest my hard earned money in such shocking company.
