I would never buy from this company again. What a joke! Before I purchased an awning & the hardware I rang & asked if there were supply issues, was told stock was coming in next week. They charged my credit card then I waited 2 months with no delivery. I called them only to be told it was on backorder. No one had told me & I questioned why they would charge my card before they had stock. I had received a pre alert for delivery which was obviously false. I asked for a refund which they said they’d organise. Then weeks later I receive the awning with no hardware & notice a refund for the hardware amount. Now I have an awning with no hardware that I can’t install. I’ve contacted them to find out if I can get the hardware or send the awning back. Still waiting on a reply. Poor service. To not at least communicate with me to ask if I wanted only one item if they couldn’t supply the rest. It’s a hassle I do not need right now & could have been avoided with some honesty in the beginning & better communication.
