Received the correct item in a timely manner, however when I tried to contact them through their own website afterwards with a question, they still hadn't responded to me after more than two full business days. It was only when I asked the same question through an independent reviewing website, that I quickly got an answer. If you don't have even half decent customer service, your not even half way there. Lucky to get 3 stars from me.
