Very disappointing experience for my first major purchase. Submitted order and paid May 7. Didn’t hear a thing until I contacted them May 17. Told me stock would be in May 19 and sent out express same day. 2 days later and still no update, no tracking and no delivery. Calling tomorrow to cancel order and request a refund. I can understand stock unavailability, but how about some communication. Silence is not good enough.
