Your side of the transaction was no doubt 4-5 star but the couriers are letting you down. You sent the parcel to them on the 11th August and I still cannot find out when I will receive the parcel. The website simply says it is in transit between Brisbane and Perth. I have emailed the couriers but have not received a reply. I need the equipment by this Sunday otherwise I will have to buy them locally.
