Sent the wrong parts, didn’t really apologise, until I pushed the point of sending the right ones.
Won’t send the right parts until they pick up the wrong parts, which is another week from when they dropped the wrong parts off. Why can’t they pick them up when they deliver the right parts? They don’t trust we will give them back!
Nice customer penalty for your f$@k ups!
