I am totally disappointed.
I ordered the Fiamma part I needed for my bike rack on the 11 September. The website indicated it was in stock. So far I have received advice that my order would be delayed and then received the wrong part. It was returned. It is currently the 20 October, the part has still not been delivered and I have received no ongoing information.
It has been 30 days. That’s too long.
