The customer service was rubbish. I was sent the wrong part which is not a problem these things happen. What was poor was that I had to ring three times to sort it out even though I was told each time someone would call me back. It is clear to me that the support staff don’t understand the products you sell, the remedy they initially provided me completely wrong. I eventually after calling for a fourth time had to be put in contact with the manufacturer who sorted the issue out in less than 5 minutes .
