Staff were great - product not so much. Ordered one of the storage hatches with removable hinge. The box is actually two parts and was only held together with 4 rivets, one of which had already fallen out. The two parts actually don’t fit together all that well so had to fill all the gaps with silicone and extra rivets. If I wasn’t in such a tight spot and needed a hatch I would have sent it back. Very far from the “Italian mad quality” listed on the product description
