I needed a shower exhaust fan quickly and phoned to make sure the item was in stock. Promised it was so I ordered and was given an AustralianPost shipping number. A month later and still no exhaust fan. Australia Post said it had never been picked up. Upon contact with the office I was given two different stories at different times. One that they over sold and another a computer glitch. Never a word to me the whole month. I ordered from another Qld competitor and received the item in a few days.
