7 weeks ago ordered a caravan lock.money taken and email advising that product dispatched has been received. A week or so later rang office to say product has not arrived. A check by your staff advised me that product not in stock and unable to advise when will be received and dispatched.
My issue is the initial email was completely wrong. I was not advised of the delay and todate have still not received the product and have not heard from your office .Happy to grab my moneyt with no effort to keep me in the loop
