Useless. I ordered a towbar, that I required urgently. 2 weeks went by with no communication from the sales team. When I enquired about my order, I was told that they had been trying to contact me. That was a lie because i had received no phone calls or emails from them. They wanted to ask the particular model of my car (which they already had). When I gave them the details of my car again. A few more days went by and then I was told that the towbar was not in stock. Even though on the website it said it was in stock. I was given a refund after wasting 3 weeks of my time. Won't bother with them again.
