The couriers you use are an absolute disgrace. Still waiting on my delivery that hasn’t arrived. Outback equipment promised delivery before Easter as I needed it to go away with for Easter. Aramex can’t tell me where it is after 7 phone calls and messages they can only tell me now it’s delayed somewhere between Brisbane and Melbourne. Not good enough. I will be requesting a full refund from either yourself or eBay, as I had to go and buy another one on Thursday afternoon so I could go away.
