I give Outback Equipment 5 Stars. The customer service in my experience was flawless. I had some issues with the site not updating my tracking number and with one quick call, they were able to not only update me on the package but give me an ETA on the item which ended up being accurate. So big shoutout to the customer service team for going out of their way to do that. The only very small issue I had was that the Xrox bullbar instructions could have been a little more informative (but let's be honest that's probably a fault on my end), but by swapping the nuts and bolts around I eventually figured out which bolt went where and only took me around 30 minutes to an hour to assemble and install onto my car. Overall very happy with Outback Equipment and will be recommending this company to anyone interested in getting some 4x4 equipment.
