Ordered a redarc dcdc charger online with free freight, got charged at check out for freight, was supposed to be sent within a couple of days, called for tacking after 3 or 4 days and was told it was in the cage to be sent that day, no worries, then waited another week with no delivery, called and was told it was in the cage to be sent today , again, wtf?? So I went and picked it up myself. Was what I ordered, got my freight reimbursed, the poor customer service blokes were on the front counter serving as well, seems to be under staffed due to Covid, I will shop there again as they have got plenty of quality gear, but will be on notice as the first experience wasn’t good
