My order sat on the Auspost tracking system as "unconfirmed" for several days. I ring and get some rubbish about being on a manifest.
Few days later the same. I ring again and suggest it hasn't been sent at all. Few minutes later it has a tracking event! What a coincidence?
The product is fine but the despatch service is terrible.
