I purchased a water pump on the friday and installed it on the saturday. By Saturday lunch time it had stopped working so I returned it on Monday only to be told that they couldn't replace it but it had to be sent off to the manufacturers to be evaluated as to whether it was faulty. I was given a 7 day turn around on the answer and in the meanwhile I had to purchase another pump to replace the faulty one. After numerous phone calls to Outback Equipment over a month and continuously being told that the person I needed to speak to was not available, I was finally given my refund for the faulty water pump (after threatening legal action).
