Called in to see if I could get a replacemenr remote for my MM compressor as mine has never worked from Day one
I was told by the guy on the front desk that the remote would have to be sent away.
What a joke.
I have purchased many big priced items from Outback in the past.
However after this episode of poor after sales service I think I will be considering my options in the future
