I was initially disappointed that I was not notified that an item I had purchased on line was out of stock. When my order had not been dispatched after a few days I contacted Outback Equipment by email and was then informed the item was out of stock and would possibly not arrive for at least another month. This did not suit my needs and a refund was quickly arranged and the in stock items were dispatched. I was disappointed on this occasion but have previously purchased items from Outback Equipment with no issue and prompt dispatch. I would recommend them based on my overall experiences.
