Good morning
I purchased an item instore rather than online as I was unsure if it would fit our new vehicle so wanted to be able to return it if it was not suitable. The item did not fit our vehicle so when I went to return it to your store I was told that I could not get a refund only a credit. So no I am not happy with the service from your company.
