The delivery was 5 weeks late.
The item wasn't in stock, and the supplier didn't send the item untill 4 weeks later.
I had to call up multiple times to get any updates and only received an email about a product delay at the 3 week mark.
The customer support were friendly and helpful when i called, but it's a bit disappointing that it was delayed for so long without warning or estimates.
I hesitate to make another purchase in case it happens again.
