Sad service.
Ordered a tent on the 5/11 and wasn’t despatched till the 15/11 and only after I emailed to enquire the whereabouts of the item, as the tracking number supplied on 5/11 wasn’t coming up on the couriers tracking site.
Need to perform better if you want to retain customers.
