After initially making an error with my order and receiving the wrong item, I then did minor damage to the item.
Through research with Outback Equipment’s supplier I found that I could have the item restored to new. I was then able to seek full credit for the restored item and Outback Equipment credited my account for the full purchase price without question.
Well done to all involved, I have no doubt that will make further purchases from this company.
