Ordered an in stock item on the 6/12. Sent an equity email on 12/12 asking when it was likely to have its status changed from PICK to TRANSPORTED - no reply from email. Rang on 14/12 and spoke to someone who told me it would be packed and sent that day. Rang Monday 19/12 as status still had not changed from PICK. Was told item had been in stock the whole time and not sure why it hadn’t been picked and posted for 12 days. Requested refund as item was definitely not going to arrive by Friday 23rd for a Christmas present.
