I am extremely happy with the products I purchased, however the shipping took a ridiculously long time. I ordered many items from other companies in QLD after this order and received them well in time for Xmas. This package didn't arrive until well after new year and it was ordered in November. Think you need to look at your shipping company. This is the reason you received 3 stars instead of 5.
