The online purchasing experience was fantastic and the delivery was fast. However there was one item on back order and zero communication. I had to lodge a missing item claim to be told around 10 days later that it was a stock issue. I’ve paid for it but don’t know when it will show up. Haven’t heard anything since then with no timeframe or follow up. Very poor after purchase service.
