I’ve been waiting for a refund since the 22nd December after I purchased an item that was in stock online, only to be told they had none. I cancelled the order straight away and they still shipped it. I had to wait for the order to return to the warehouse before my refund was processed (which they put through as a store credit). The last email I got two weeks ago was that I should receive it within 3-4 days after I chased them up via phone and email. There was still no refund in 3-4 days. Called them again and was told it would be a further 1-4 days because the original 3-4 days was just the ‘processing time’. Fast forward 10 days and I’ve had to email AGAIN asking where my refund is. My bank can’t even see a refund pending. Super disappointed and won’t be back.
