Not had a good experience
Items were not available after being told that they were ready the go immediately.
I only discovered when items were available because I kept ringing up, not contacted by the store.
Items were incomplete on pick up so further parts had to be mailed out.
This was all a real pain as i was on a deadline.
Parts did not fit or were defective and this is still unresolved.
Have not heard back from my last email and my next step is to go to a consumer ombudsman.
Every time I've rung I've been promised a call back and not once have I received one. Communication has been dismissive and counter resolutionary.
