Atrocious. Website states a turnaround time of 2-3 business days, but my water tank took weeks to arrive after paying for express postage (as I needed it urgently).
Was told I'd get a refund for the express postage, but nobody has processed a refund and nobody responds to my emails regarding this.
I'll never use Outback Equipment again.
