Service was very poor. Took 2 weeks to get any notification of tracking. I made 3 phone calls to try find out what was going on before I went on holidays. Each time I called I was told they would have to call me back, never received a call back. In these calls I mentions that I would pick them up if they were at the factory etc. When I finally got onto someone who told me where they were, he said they had been posted 1hr ago. So I then had to organise someone to keep checking around home while I was away. Very bad experience
