Ordered on the 6th of Dec as it was stated on the site I would receive it before Christmas. After not receiving it getting close to Christmas I contacted you and was informed that stock was sold out - which wasn't indicated online - nor was I informed of the fact I'd be waiting and likely not get it before Christmas.
Really poor form as the reason I went with uou was because it was in stock and available for a Christmas present.
