Ordered rhino rack bars for fuso canter at Black Friday sales was told over the phone that they were not in stock (which is fine) and that outback equipment would receive them in a week. Rang back wk of Christmas bars still not in stock and would receive an email with updated delivery time. Waited a week still no email, rang back still no estimated time so cancelled order. Never had an issue before with outback equipment. Totally understand that they are not common and no stock which is not your fault. But to be told outback would receive in a week (waited a month) and I would be notified via email and not happen is the disappointing part.
