I have used Outback Equipment regularly since purchasing a caravan as we prepare for a lap and they have always been helpful and their pricing very competitive. Whilst the process of picking up your orders could do with some polishing (e.g. have the orders already picked and awaiting pickup) this is a relatively minor issue.
