Your service and support was excellent (thanks Katie for you fabulous support and efforts with the shambles the couriers created) when my parcel continued to be not delivered by the useless courier company . Please for the sake of your business change couriers they really let down the process. I love the chair that eventually arrived but too late for the gift it was intended to be.
