If I am truly honest with my feedback, then I have to say this has been the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. 6 weeks on and I still dont have my order. You have sent the incorrect package, but yet refuse to send the correct one or offer a refund until the incorrect package is returned and it is still at my house waiting to be picked up. I have contacted Outback 4 times to sort this and every time I am promised that someone will contact me to arrange pickup. 6 weeks on and still nothing. I will never be doing business with you in the future and I will recommending to others the same.
