Happy with the product itself but I found out the item wasn’t sent out to me till 4 days after purchase. Even though I paid the extra for express postage.
I bought it on the Monday and it wasn’t given to Aus Post till a bit after 7pm Thursday evening for express postage to my address. I’d have been better off paying normal postage. Any reason why you guys waited 4 days to send it? It obviously should’ve been sent out that day, would you agree?
