Return policy is too harsh for an online shop.
If you order a product and its unsuitable, having to fight for a refund is unacceptable.
A store credit is not what you want when you return an item. (It's expensive returning via post or courier so your customers dont do this lightly)
I will not deal in future with your store until you adopt a more reasonable return policy.
