I placed my order on the 26/2, 9/3 was notified one of my items was out of stock. Not having received any other communication 2 weeks later I followed up and had to ask for my order to be sent without the missing item. I then received my order on the 21/3 but was missing a part. Rung again, they were very sorry but then needed to ring a week later to find out what was happening. After several conversations and emails, I then finally received notification that the last item was dispatched on the 12/4. Each time Items were sent, it took nearly a week for the items to arrive, even though I am 20 mins away from the warehouse. The items I purchased could have been sourced anywhere, but I wanted to support local. Will not purchase from Outback Equipment again - my experience was frustrating.
